Review of the Book - the book was ok, it was nothing to write home about. A typical contemporary with an uber ALPHA male, aka, a Hunter...and the wronged woman...ugh...I kinda figured out about half-way through who the bad guy/girl was. I'm def. going to say that i'm more a fan of JAK's historicals under the Amanda Quick name and not so much her contemporaries. That being said, I did like the first book in the series, and with this being the second, i'm going to give the third a chance (also under her JAK name) before deciding if i'll continue the series or not.Review of the Narration - on a cheese factor scale of 1-10 with 10 being the cheesiest, this was easily an 8 or a 9. The dialogue was omg...and the narration didn't help much. David Colacci was ok and I could at least distinguish his various characters - Kathy Garver not so much...at one stage, 3 women were in the same scene and I had no idea who was talking because they all sounded alike...so it made for an interesting listening experience. I can't say that I will be rushing out to listen to either of their narrators again in the future.
